Arrived on time and expertly installed bifold system Mike Cadogan. Amazing quality windows, we ordered some feature entry windows, they were custom made merbau windows and we couldn't be happier with the product, exceeding our expectations. Double glazed windows are solid and well made and the casement windows open smoothly but also seal really well when closed. A small bit of damage to the winder in transport however James has been amazing to respond and action a service call immediately for this easy fix.

Within minutes after sending them photos of a part I required for my roller door they identified it and sent off the part. I received it in the mail two working days later. Extremely satisfied with their service. I wanted to let you know that George was outstanding. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made a great effort to rectify the problems.
I have to say such friendliness and service is much less frequent these days and I was grateful the George spent additional time and effort to make sure I was happy. Delivery was prompt and the quality was excellent. Cannot fault them. We visited the Canterbury Doors display centre in Clayton South and came away with exactly the options and knowledge that best suited our home. Things like size, accessories or even weighing up whether to purchase aluminium or Timber were decisions made so much easier by sitting down with the consultant who went out of her way to understand our needs.
We ended up with beautiful timber colonial windows and doors that have blended in so superbly. After having our house built, our builder put in sliding doors and windows but somewhere along installation by their contractors, a rubber bit had came out of both sliding doors creating a squeal.
