Wildland firefighting graduates who successfully complete the course and pass a physical test will be eligible for a red card issued by firefighting agencies in the U. The Internship is designed to allow students to gain firsthand knowledge of the working environment for Natural Resource professionals. Lee is the lead instructor for the Wildland Fire Fighting program. He has had numerous fire and aviation assignments in the majority of the western states and Alaska, providing a diverse background in fireline and aviation operations.
